At BSweet Custom Creations, we take pride in producing high-quality products made just for you.

Customized Products
* All customized products (embroidered, printed, engraved, or otherwise personalized) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* If there is an error on our part (wrong logo, incorrect size, or defective product), we will gladly remake or replace the item at no cost to you.

Blank Products
* Blank merchandise (non-customized) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
